We want to tell you about our exciting plans to provide around 135 new homes on the Stewart House site on Kenton Road in Harrow. The new residential development will be a mix of studio, one bed, two bed and three bed apartments, of which 15% will be affordable. There will be a new convenience store, approximately 85 parking spaces, electric vehicle charging points, a car club scheme and bicycle repair stations.

The development will comprise three residential blocks, varying in height from four to seven storeys, thoughtfully designed to invigorate and reflect the character of the local area. Residents of the each building will benefit from shared, private rooftop amenity and play space. These proposals seek to supersede a Permitted Development scheme on this site which only provided 56 units with no affordable housing.
